College Behind Bars: A film by Lynn Novick

Contributing to Lynn Novick's newest mini-series College Behind Bars was an incredible experience. In addition to filming interviews, the team and I were transformed by the time we spent filming in and around the penitentiaries with a group of truly inspirational people. The result is a groundbreaking exploration of incarceration, injustice, race in America and the transformative power of education.
